Cindy was a great mentor. She was clear about everything and answered questions I forgot to ask. And I did ask a LOT of questions. A quick inspection of the vehicle and a spin around the block was about it. A few photos and Cindy's Tip list and I was done. Thanks Cindy!
Cindy was sharp, professional and fun. She took her time explaining the differences between Lyft and Uber. It was also a very short session.

Cindy was at selected area as planned on time! She was respectful, had a warm smile most of the time. She answered all my questions pronptly!
She was extremely helpful pointing out areas that my vehicle should be addressed for safety and also for a more professional and clean look!
Cindy was amazing. She was engaging and very helpful with all of the information she had ready and with any questions I had. She really stressed the importance of the community aspect of Lyft and how that sets Lyft apart, which is my favorite part of the company.
She made me excited to hopefully join the team!

Cindy was excellent!!! She checked in with me before my mentoring session to make sure we were still on. She told me exactly where she would be and what to look for. She was there early and extremely personable and friendly and put me at ease immediately. She answered all my questions, was efficient without rushing and super helpful. I'm very excited to start this new chapter with Lyft!
I had my mentor session today with Cindy. Due to my poor planning I ending up at our meeting place an hour early. I texted her and she dropped what she was doing to meet with me. Cindy was extremely friendly, informative and excited to get me on board. She explained the entire process of becoming a driver and using the Lyft App. She had immediate answers to all of my questions. Her personality made her easy to communicate with. Had a great time and can't wait to get out on the road.
I thought that my mentor session went very well. Cindy explained to me how it worked and we went through a practice driver session. She answered all my questions.
My only problem is that I thought the vehicle inspection went well, too. However, I received a text and an email stating that there was a problem with my vehicle. It did not state what the problem was, though, so I don't know if it is an easy correction or what.
Met with my Lyft Mentor, Cindy, a few days ago and she was great, and was able to answer my questions and give constructive advice. Hope to hear back soon! Thanks Cindy!!
I don't know why I lost sleep last night from how nervous I was do my Lyft Mentor Session. This was truly a great experience! My mentor, Cindy, approached me with a Positive attitude & made me feel safe! She answered all my questions & concerns about joining Lyft. With a simple inspection & test drive, your session is over! It only took me 20 minutes. Within that reasonable time I became more sure of why I want to join Lyft & I got to experience how it feels to drive someone around. I am greatful for this experience & can't wait to join the Lyft Family!

I was super nervous about the drive with the mentor (I'm always a little nervous if I know I'm being evaluated,) but it could not have gone better. She was really nice and put me at ease immediately. She was very informative and friendly, so I really got some great advice and useful tips from her. She was great at explaining things and making me comfortable enough to ask any question I might have. She told me about a few things I would need to fix on my car, and as of today, I am happy to say that they have all been taken care of. Thanks.

My Lyft app says that there is an issue processing my application when I was sitting next to my mentor trying to connect. Cindy was great and was very helpful and offered multiple alternatives like borrowing a friends phone or reinstalling app, but I have to reschedule because we could not complete the process. I sent in an email to Lyft support but also posting this here in the off chance someone checks this more frequently and can help resolve this. Once again though Cindy was really great and helpful. Just frustrated with app.
